Nozuko Hlefana has joined the Small Enterprise Development and Finance Agency (SEDFA) as group executive for human capital and facilities.
She joins SEDFA from Sasol, where she served as senior culture and inclusion specialist.
Before Sasol, Nozuko was transformation and organisational effectiveness specialist at Anglo American.
Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Sars, where she held the roles of organisational effectiveness specialist, senior project manager for taxpayer services, and project manager for organisational effectiveness and corporate services.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant at PwC.
Academically, Nozuko holds a master of business leadership from Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership, a BTech in HR development from Unisa, a bachelor’s in HR management from Tshwane University of Technology, and a postgraduate diploma in coaching from SACAP.
