Phumzile Hlatshwayo joins Tsebo Solutions Group as HR director

Tsebo Solutions Group has appointed Phumzile Hlatshwayo as HR director to lead the HR function.

Phumzile joins the organisation from Netstar, where she served as executive for human capital. Before that, she was the executive for human capital at Altron Digital Business.

Earlier in her career, she held the position of senior HR manager for operations at MTN, worked in HR at Netcare, served as HR manager at SAMRO and at Steinhoff International.

Phumzile holds a bachelor of arts in industrial and organisational psychology and an honours in industrial psychology from the University of Zululand.
