Ayanda Mda has been appointed head of people at Rentoza, where she will lead the company’s people function.
She joins the company following her role as senior HR business partner at Ogilvy South Africa
Before that, Ayanda served at WeThinkCode as director of campuses. Her previous role was executive manager for HR and industrial relations at Lanseria International Airport.
Ayanda also spent over four years at Park Advertising Investment as HR manager. Earlier in her career, she held the position of people lead at ThoughtWorks, and worked in various HR roles at Bureau Veritas South Africa, including HR manager, industrial relations manager, and HR business partner.
She also has experience working as a senior HR consultant at PwC.
Ayanda holds a bachelor of social science in industrial relations and psychology from the University of Fort Hare.
