Trevor Dale has been nominated for the 2025 CHRO Awards for his role as head of HR at Raubex Group.
He joins the list of HR leaders among this year’s CHRO Awards contenders.
Trevor has been with Raubex Group since 2010. Prior to joining Raubex, he ran his own consulting firm, Dale Consulting, supporting small and medium-sized businesses with HR management and labour compliance. He also held the role of general manager and HR manager at Crusader Health Ghana Limited.
Earlier in his career, he was an HR executive at Cashbuild and spent 15 years at JCI Limited as HR manager.
Dubbed the “Oscars of HR”, the CHRO Awards continue to honour the country’s most influential HR leaders across listed companies, large corporates and government institutions.
This year’s celebration will take place on 12 November at The Polo Room in Sandton, where nine awards will be handed out, including the headline award of the night – the CHRO of the Year title.
