Norton Rose Fulbright has promoted Vanessa Hlatswayo to head of HR.
This comes after serving as HR business partner at the company for about seven years.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, she spent time working as an HR business partner at Vodacom.
Before her role at Vodacom, Vanessa served as HR manager at Nando’s South Africa. She has also held senior HR roles at Hollard Insurance, Afrikings and Lion of Africa Insurance.
Her career includes roles as HR officer and HR generalist, providing her with a strong operational foundation across the HR lifecycle.
Vanessa holds a bachelor’s in humanities and a postgraduate certificate in education from the University of Swaziland. She also holds a diploma in managing the employment process from the Unisa and a diploma in law from Global Business Solutions.
