As nominations for the 2026 CHRO Awards officially open, we are putting a special spotlight on the young HR executives who are already leaving a lasting imprint on their organisations and the future of work.
If you know a young CHRO, HR director or senior HR executive who reports directly to exco and has demonstrated outstanding leadership over the past year, now is the moment to recognise them.
Nominees for the Young CHRO of the Year must be 40 years old or younger, and should have held their current role for at least 18 months.

Every nominee will participate in a rigorous interview and evaluation process, with winners revealed at an elegant gala evening on 24 November 2026, at the Polo Room, Inanda Club.
