Yolandie Jansen van Vuuren has been appointed head of people and culture at Minopex, a company that provides outsourced operation and maintenance services to the mining industry.
She joins Minopex from Qadash Consulting, where she operated as consulting executive.
Her previous roles include head of HR at Sandvik, as well as group head of human capital at Izwe Africa Group. She also served as head of HR at Oasis Crescent Group Holdings.
Earlier in her career, she held the position of group HR executive at Senwes. Her experience also includes roles at Masimong Consultants for Mopani Copper Mine and a long tenure at AngloGold Ashanti, where she worked as a senior HR officer and acting HR manager.
Yolandie holds a master of philosophy in corporate strategy from GIBS. She also completed an MBA, a master of commerce, an honours and a bachelor of commerce in industrial and organisational psychology at North-West University.
