Altron appoints Nametsegang Maruping as group executive: human capital

Nametsegang has been with Altron since 2018.

Altron has announced the appointment of Nametsegang Maruping as group executive: human capital, with effect from 1 February 2021.

Nametsegang will retain her current position as head of human capital in Altron Rest of Africa, which she has held since 2018. Her responsibilities have included leading and providing human capital strategic oversight across Africa and the Middle East with a key focus on Botswana, Kenya, Mauritius, Middle East, Mozambique, Namibia and South Africa.

Nametsegang worked at companies including Absa, Standard Bank and Unilever as well as a state-owned company prior to joining Altron.

She holds an MBA from Gordon Institute of Business Science and a double major in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology from Wits University.
