The Blu Label Telecoms group executive human capital and transformation has been nominated for her role in HR.

Antoinette Roberts of Blu Label Telecoms is the latest nominee of the 2022 CHRO Awards.

She started her career in accounting and moved into IT as a support desk operator. She then became a database administrator, implementing new systems and processes. She was part of a team that set up the first data warehouse in the FMCG industry, in the role of sales development manager at Clover SA.

She later changed careers and moved into the sales industry.

After eight years in sales development and capability building, and now also with an MBL and PhD under her belt, Antoinette started her own business. After four years of running that business, she joined Blu Label Telecoms, where she ended up stepping into the HR executive role.

The annual CHRO Awards recognise CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions, and award them for outstanding performance and leadership. Top CHROs, VIPs and business partners will attend the event to enjoy networking, entertainment and a scrumptious dinner.
