Aspiration Software has signed up as a partner for the inaugural HR Indaba, which will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 3 & 4 October 2018. The company has been in existence since 1999 and, over time, has developed a state-of-the-art cloud-hosted software solution for organisations to manage performance, capability development, training and succession planning. Using what is called the Aspiration Capability Module, the company also provide outsourced talent management services organisations with a unique capability building process that drives accelerated skills development, while driving performance management and talent development processes for their clients.

The company has provided software modules over the years to some of South Africa’s best-known companies including Parmalat, MNet and Vital Health Foods. Its current client listing includes AB InBev (SABMiller), Engen, Growthpoint, Distell, DRD Gold, and many other smaller organisations. 

Aspiration Software founder and director Brian Fenton is an acknowledged expert in the field of HR and Talent development who has over 20 years experience in corporate prior to starting the company. 

As a partner, Aspiration Software will have an exhibition stand at the HR Indaba, which will be the largest of its kind in South Africa.
