CCG Systems is an IT and HR services company focusing on the public sector.

CCG Systems has re-signed as a partner for HR Indaba Africa 2019, taking advantage of the 10 percent discount they receive for signing up before the end of March. Founded in 2001 as an accounting consulting firm called Camelsa Consulting Group, CCG Systems has grown into a company that also does recruitment, performance management and payroll. The company specialises in the Supply, Development and Implementation of Systems including: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Performance Management System (PMS), Asset Management, Human Resource Systems, Document Management, and Mobile apps.

Focussing primarily on the public sector, Its biggest clients tend to be municipalities, state-owned entities, non-governmental organisations, institutions of higher learning and private companies.

Speaking about what them different CCG Systems CEO and founder Walter Muwandi says that, while most of their competitors are either purely IT companies or purely HR companies, they offer the best of both worlds by bringing people and technology together to deliver unique solutions.

"We are currently working on voice integration whereby if an employee wants to log a leave application, for example, they don't have to go through the process of sending an email to someone, they can simply talk to a device that uses artificial intelligence to process the request and is able to speak back to the employee to let them know whether the application has been approved or not,” says Walter.

"We believe the HR Indaba will be a great networking opportunity for HR professionals of all kinds and that presents a fantastic opportunity for us to find out what their needs are and what the future trends for the profession are going to be so that we can align our own strategy with them."

As a partner, CCG systems will have an exhibition stand at the HR Indaba, which is the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
