Christian Schaub to speak at HR Indaba

post-title

Alex Forbes' Christian Schaub to join the panel about the international experience of CHROs.

Christian Schaub will be speaking at the inaugural HR Indaba Africa, which will be happening on 3 & 4 October 2108 at the Sandton Convention Centre. Christian is a human capital strategist and practitioner experienced in merger integration, change management, organisational design, talent development, enterprise sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and recruiting. Before his recent appointment as Group CHRO at Alexander Forbes, Christian was the Global Change Leader at global talent management firm Marsh & McLennan Companies, based in New York.

It is this international experience that Christian will draw upon during the panel discussion about global HR trends and practices. He will be joined by Ford's Pamela Xaba and BHBW's Malisha Awunor in a conversation that will unlock the wisdom of HR leaders who know what the multinationals and internationally based companies are doing in the HR space.

The HR Indaba will be the largest of its kind in South Africa, giving HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
