MTN Group CHRO Paul Norman the first nominee to endure the intensive two-hour interview.

The CHRO Awards interviews process kicked off on Wednesday with MTN Group CHRO Paul Norman who was the first of the nominees to face questions on wny he should be the first ever CHRO Of The Year. With performance expert and member of judging panel Richard Sutton sitting in, Paul was asked to explain how he has been involved in driving the corporate strategy, elaborating on matters of transformation, culture, technology, learning and development and overall talent management. 

Over the coming month, CHROs and HR directors nominated for the CHRO Awards will share some of their triumphs, accolades and challenges during intensive two-hour interviews.

The CHRO Awards, which will be taking place on 27 November 2019, will give HR directors and CHROs of listed companies, large corporations, state-owned entities and government institutions alike an opportunity to be recognised and rewarded for their exceptional performance and leadership.
