Cohesion Collective (CoCo) has signed up as a Silver Partner for the HR Indaba, which is told be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 3 & 4 October 2018. CoCo is a specialised Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) consulting, implementation and training firm, which provides strategic consulting, research and training on all matters relating to EDI and Organisational Culture for corporates, educational institutions and other organisations. The company focuses on change and transformation as it relates to the individual, the organisation and society.

Founded by Roy Gluckman, a qualified attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Cohesion Collective has been running large-scale EDI programmes for organisations since 2012. CoCo believes in the power of authentic engagements around tough topics of diversity in order to sharpen our muscles of empathy and compassion.
As a partner, CoCo will have one speaking session during the HR Indaba, which will be the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
