Emergence Growth will be back for HR Indaba Africa 2020

Emergence Growth has been an HR Indaba partner since the inaugural event in 2018.

Specialist human capital, rewards and learning solutions provider Emergence Growth has re-signed for the HR Indaba Africa 2020, which will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 14 & 15 October 2020. Emergence Growth specialises in enabling greater performance by assisting organisations to better attract, reward, engage, develop and retain highly talented people. 

The company has been a part of the HR Indaba conference and expo since the event’s inception, where the reported a 1900 percent return on their investment. 

“It was a combination of the value that was created for our brand just by being there, and for the value that was created in meeting new people from a variety of organisations. It’s rare to go to a conference and get such quick ROI,” said managing director Raun Smythe after the inaugural event.

As a partner, Emergence Growth will have an exhibition stand at the HR Indaba, which is the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
