The Group Executive Head of HR at Santam Insurance has been nominated for her role in HR.
Enid Lizamore, Santam Insurance’s group HR head, is the latest nominee for the 2022 CHRO Awards.
She is an experienced HR executive with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry.
Enid is skilled in labour relations, succession planning, organisational development, recruiting, and human resources, and has a postgraduate qualification in management studies from the University of Cape Town, which focused on organisational behaviour and labour relations.
