Tshidi Khunou has been a part of the CHRO community since the beginning, and has invaluable insight to share.
Tshidi Khunou, Head of Talent at FNB Wealth and Investments, has joined the growing list of speakers for the inaugural HR Indaba, which will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 3 & 4 October 2018. Tshidi, who is a frequent contributor to and who has been a member of the CHRO community since its inception, is responsible for the strategic direction and global resourcing strategy for FNB Wealth and Investment Management, as well as Ashburton Investments.

Tshidi is also responsible for the subsequent implementation of resourcing services across the organisation in alignment with both the organic and inorganic growth strategy within the companies. His role involves the management of a centralised resourcing function, enhancing the talent acquisition proposition, building external talent pipelines, and implementing key metrics and measurements across the globe.
The HR Indaba will be the largest of its kind in South Africa, giving HR professionals the opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
