post-title

The institute offers courses and workshops in HR analytics.

The HR Analytics Institute (HRAI) has signed up as a partner for the HR Indaba, which will be taking place at the Sandton Convention Centre on 16 and 17 October 2019. The HRAI  helps companies leverage the power of their HR data to make strategic talent decisions that impact the business positively through analytics training.

The content of their online courses is offered in digital form, mostly in a video format. All of the lessons are pre-recorded for students to be able to learn whenever and from wherever it’s most convenient , whether it is at work, at home, or on the train. After enrolling, students have 12 months to finish the course and after completing a course, the material remains available to them throughout the year.

The HR Analyst course, for example, is an entry-level course, which enables students to familiarise themselves with working on HR data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI and is specifically tailored to those people that have little or no experience in processing and analysing data. In contrast, the Globa Data Integrity course is a master class, which teaches strategies and techniques that will help students to take the data-integrity at their companies to the next level and embed a culture of data integrity.

As a partner, the HRAI will have an exhibition stand at the HR Indaba, which will be the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
