Also, Chubb is currently investing $1billion (R15.5 million) into digitising our offerings globally as this will allow us to continuously enhance our position and provide better service to our customers. Also, our Chubb Travel Smart app won a prestigious ‘Silver Stevie’ award at the 2019 International Business Awards.
Why have you signed up for the HR Indaba and what should attendees look forward to seeing from you at the event?
Our Business Travel Insurance offering is more than just an insurance policy. We provide risk management services through pre-travel e-learning, ongoing security/travel disruption alerts and Chubb Travel Smart, our award-winning smartphone app that keeps business travellers safe and in contact.
What would you say is the biggest challenge facing the HR profession?
HR professionals are faced with a big responsibility of ensuring the health and safety of employees against a background of increasing duty of care obligations on employers.
