US-based company InsideRisk has signed up as a partner for the inaugural HR Indaba, which will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on 3 & 4 October 2018.
Founded in 2016 by producer/director Edouard Getaz, InsideRisk creates and markets groundbreaking experiential learning events, immersive live experiences, and television programming based on true stories of high-stakes incidents.

In InsideRisk LIVE, participants explore the story of the 1988 kidnapping of a Swiss engineer through an interactive experience incorporating film, multimedia, and live moderation. By way of provocative group exercises led by a trained expert in business psychology and group dynamics, the event fosters a deeper understanding of leadership skills and their application across group communication and decision-making processes.
Although based in the New York, USA, the company has opened a South African business and, as a partner, InsideRisk will have a speaking slot at the HR Indaba, which will be the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
