Oracle Corporation has signed up as a partner for the HR indaba Network, CHRO South Africa’s innovative platform and event taking place instead of the annual HR Indaba.

Oracle is a multinational computer technology corporation headquartered in California, USA, which develops and builds tools for database development and systems of middle-tier software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and supply chain management (SCM) software. Oracle’s reputation is built on more than 40 years of providing award-winning service to customers globally to help ensure their technology investments are effective, efficient, risk-resistant, and competitive.

While it is predominantly known as a database systems company, Oracle offers a range of complete, dependable, fully integrated, and tested products with consistent, ongoing, and unparalleled innovation. Among its suite of business applications, for example, is the Oracle E-Business Suite, which includes software to perform various enterprise functions related to (for instance) financials, manufacturing, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human resource management.

Meanwhile, the Oracle Talent Management Cloud Service allows companies to align their people with organisational objectives, provide coaching, and measure performance. It also enables them to identify and hire top talent and better understand employees.
