Jeanett has recently become the CHRO of Sanlam Investments
Jeanett Modise joined the Sanlam Group in 2014 as Executive Head of HR & Transformation for Santam, and recently moved to Sanlam Investments. Jeanett is a senior business leader with strategic and operational experience in HR, Procurement and Corporate Services within financial, technology and mining sectors. She previously held executive roles at SAP Africa, AngloGold Ashanti, The IDC, and Mutual & Federal.
Jeanett also previously served as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the board HR & Remuneration committee of Foskor, Non-Executive Director for Cordustex and for Save the Children South Africa, a global NGO that focuses on the rights of children. She currently serves as Non-Executive Director for Indwe Broker Holdings and MiWay Insurance. Jeanett is a qualified Professional Nurse and Midwife, and her academic background includes MBL, B.Com & MDP (Unisa), SEP (Harvard) and AMP (Insead).
Jeanett will join Candice Watson and Tshidi Khunou in a panel discussion about employee engagement, where some of the focus will be around bringing purpose, flexibility and transparency back to the workplace.
