She will be alongside Anglogold Ashantsi’s Tirelo Sibisi and McDonalds SA’s Brigitte da Gama in a session about how HR professionals can put their personal brands to work.

ersonal branding is more than just marketing and promotion. It is the perception that others have of an individual’s impact and value. Your brand is the emotional response you want people to have, when they hear your name, see you online, or meet you in real life. This is what the session will help HR professionals understand and learn to use as a tool for career advancement.

The HR Indaba will be the largest of its kind in South Africa, giving HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
