The company that provides SMEs with SAP capabilities has returned as a partner for the event

Westrocon Seidor has re-signed as a partner for the HR Indaba, which will be taking place at the Sandton Convention Centre on 16 and 17 October 2019. Established 11 years ago by MD Martin van Wyk, Westrocon Seidor provides small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) with mature SAP technology services to support growth and achieve operational excellence. A member of the Seidor group of companies, Westrocon Seidor is an SAP platinum partner and, through their international network with United VARS, they are able to provide a wide variety of services across multiple SAP products across different global territories.  Using the SAP solutions platform, they add their IP to create bespoke industry solutions that allow their clients to better manage operational costs in order to focus on revenue-generating activities. Their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model is far less complex than traditional on-premise solutions which require large setup and maintenance budgets, and can be applied to companies across the supply chain management, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and retail industries,

For companies that have a turnover of more than R50 million per annum and are still working with siloed solutions, Westrocon Seidor is an exhibition stand that attendees of the Indaba must visit.

“We see the SME  space as the economic backbone of South Africa, and we are proud to have such a wide range of SME clients where we provide expert solutions and services,” said Marin in the lead up to last year’s event.

“We are in a new age of HR and this is the first time that we have multiple generations working in teams trying to solve problems while achieving growth and, to this end, companies need to engage differently to add value and align expectations. We have unique solutions aimed at unique problems that we are facing in Africa and have developed innovative ways to help organisations engage with their people.”

As a partner, Westrocon will have an exhibition stand at the HR Indaba, which will be the largest of its kind in South Africa. It will give HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership. It will also bring together thousands of colleagues, suppliers, platforms, universities, specialists, recruitment agencies, CHROs and thought leaders.
