Dave Sohigian, chief technology officer for EMEA at Workday, is a confirmed speaker for the inaugural HR Indaba Africa, which will be hosted at the Sandton Convention Centre on 3 & 4 October 2018.
Dave has worked in technology for over 20 years, focusing on ERP applications for the last 15 and, in his current role, acts as a liaison between Workday's developers, customers and prospective customers in the EMEA region. He is particularly focused on how the company's customers get the most of out of the Workday technology.

Dave has an extensive knowledge of enterprise software, web development, and Software as a Service (SaaS), which is a software distribution model where a third-party provider hosts applications and makes them available to customers over the Internet. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis. Prior to Workday, Dave worked at Guidewire Software (a Workday customer) and PeopleSoft.
The HR Indaba will be the largest of its kind in South Africa, giving HR professionals an opportunity to learn everything they need to know about the latest HR technology, HR strategy, company culture, labour laws, recruitment, employee engagement and HR leadership.
