Lisa February joins CXI as head of HR

Lisa will be responsible for driving HR initiatives across the organisation’s operations.

Lisa February has joined technology firm CXI as the head of HR. In her role, Lisa will be responsible for championing HR initiatives across the organisation.

She will also be responsible for driving employee engagement and fostering a culture that aligns with the organisation’s mission, vision and values.

CXI is a technology-driven business offering a personable bespoke services of customer contact management, BPO services, Telecom System Integration and IT solutions.

Lisa makes the move from her previous position as people partner at Concentrix, a position she held for six years. Prior to that she was the HR business partner at the Innovation Group South Africa where she focused on talent strategies and leadership development.

Lisa holds a BCom in industrial and organisational psychology from the University of South Africa.
